Terrie Hebert

Terrie L. Hebert, age 66, died peacefully in her sleep on Monday January 26, 2026. 

Terrie, a life long resident of Torrington, was born on November 22, 1959 in Torrington, CT. The daughter of Aloha (Sue) Winegar. Terrie was a devoted grandmother, and enjoyed spending time with her large family especially around the holidays. In her spare time, she loved playing games and doing crossword puzzles.  Terrie was also known for being hard working, and was employed by Mental Health Connecticut as a  Residential Specialist for over 20 years. 

Terrie is survived by her three children: Crystal Siddell, Benjamin Hebert, Jr., and Susan Hebert. Five brothers and a sister: Rickie Siddell, Billie Winegar, Ronnie Kittle, John Frost, Nicholas Frost, and Corrine Ego. As well as, three grandchildren: Dustin Czekierda, Josie Czekierda, and Piper McLellan. In addition to her immediate family, Terrie is also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by her mother Aloha (Sue) Winegar, and two brothers: Robert “Wheels” Frost and Teddie Siddell. 

Calling hours will take place at the Phalen Funeral Home on Saturday February 7, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
